Crazy Heart (Original Soundtrack)

Jeff Bridges proves on this soundtrack that he’s not only an amazing actor, but also a talented musician. This is without a doubt one of the best soundtracks in a very long time.

Tokyo Police Club- Champ

The most recent release from this indie band, and it is really good! It is a great summer album.

Free Energy- Stuck on Nothing

Back in March, Free Energy released their first studio album, Stuck on Nothing, and it has proven to be extremely enjoyable. The best songs on the album are Dream City, Young Hearts, and Light Love. 

Flying Lotus- Cosmogramma

Steve Ellison is a seriously good DJ. He opened up for Atoms For Peace on their recent tour. This is most recent album that he has released. 

Joanna Newsom- Have One On Me

I have to admit, I haven’t really been the biggest fan of Joanna Newsom, but her new album is very enjoyable. She is completely different than every other indie musician out today, with her harp and her odd, yet beautiful, voice.

Dan Deacon- Bromst

He is awesome, exciting, energetic, and all around different. He creates some of the most interesting songs today, and they’re all great to dance to.
